Good pre-workout supplement

I have been using Ripped Fuel for a couple of months now as a pre-workout energy supplement. As another reviewer stated it gives me a lot more energy so I can last through my 2 hour workouts. I'm not sure as to the weight loss effects because that's not what I'm going for. I only take two capsules before the gym at around 2 or 3 instead of the recommended 4 per day. I love this product and I actually just convinced my friend to buy it today because he doesn't want to take one of the intense pre-workout supplements, so this is a great alternative.

I've been taking Ripped Fuel Extreme for a month now, and i can clearly see a difference in my work out. I can do cardio longer, i can lift longer (not more) and i'm less tired at the end, allowing me to get more out of my workout. On the other hand, ripped fuel is not a miracle by any means, and if your not working out, this product is useless.
