increased energy

This product is great for increaased energy without the jitters. The only problem with this product is that when you go off it, you get extremely tired for a couple of days. Its the same reaction when you get off of coffee.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

This product did nothing for me. I didn't experience more energy, I was still hungry, and I was left mad that I wasted my money on this product!

Keeps me alert in the afternoon

Did you ever have a nice lunch and return to work ready for a nap. This is the cure. If I take this just before going to lunch, I stay alert for the rest of the afternoon. So far it has not made me jittery or caused any other side affects. I don't use it everyday, but when I do, it works well.

Works

Suppresses appetite, and gives energy. Great pre-workout and off days to control appetite. The only thing is the pills smell fishy...but I do not see any ingredients pertaining to fish.

no sleep

these things did get me started on the right track but i took just one early in the morning and the sstill messed with my sleep....
