After gaining 40 lbs through my pregnancy i turned to alli. I started when I was 154lbs and pre preg weight was 134 lbs. Now I'm 137lbs and it took me 6 months. I have been using Alli for quite some time. When I first began, I dreaded the "side effects" that were listed. What I discovered was I had better eating habits than I thought. Sure, there were some greasy stools but adjusting my diet helped that considerably. I got off of Alli for about 6 months before I ordered this bottle. I've discovered that my eating habits have improved even from before and have had no side effects at all. It is not an appetite suppresant but it lets your body know if what you're eating is correct. Also, more regular BM's are a plus.

Alli is an amazing weight loss drug! If you stick to the rules and eat healthy, you can lose weight. I lost 10 pounds in just under 2 weeks and I have kept the weight off! There were a few times that I would splurge and eat more than the recommended amount of fat and you would pay for it (in the bathroom) later but other than that, Alli is a great product that I recommend to anyone trying to lose weight.
