don't waste your money

I love Jillian Michaels and credit her workouts with a lot of my weightloss goals. I thought that her "weightloss kit" would be an additional boost to loosing these last 15 lbs. Not only did I eat more after I started taking the pills, but they disrupted my sleep at night so bad that I was taking naps as soon as I got home from work. Which really caused a problem with my exercise routine. I have a 6lbs. weight gain thanks to these "diet" pills. After 2 weeks, I stopped taking them and my appetite returned to normal, as did my sleeping pattern. I was able to continue with my usual exercise routine and lost the 6 lbs. I put on. Sorry Jillian... You really missed the mark with this product.
